Decide your cuts in advance Think about how much you want as chops, boneless, mince and curry cuts. Tell us before the day.

Plan the three shares One share for family, one for relatives and friends, one for those in need. Prepare bags and labels beforehand.

Arrange cold storage Meat that will not be cooked within a day should be portioned and frozen immediately.

Keep the workspace clean Separate boards for raw meat, plenty of clean water and covered bins for waste.
